i know to my self im gaining weight ang getting fat too.
i am having a hrdtime wearing my clothes and moving effeciently , and my breath is getting deeper or rather heavier.
and i do believe this the sign that i am really getting fat.
what to do what to do and what to do?
this is now the questions that's been bothering me.
i should eat less rice, and focus on more protein and try to shed some sweats.
i am really getting fat and that's it
